Prices for tours, transfers, cooking classes and special arrangements are available upon request. Prepayment is necessary to hold dates. Meals, museum admissions and gratuities are not included.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
To reserve a guide, client credit card information must be on file. Upon guide confirmation, full prepayment will be charged to client’s card, or we must receive immediate payment by personal or travel agency check. In case of cancellation 30 days or more in advance of trip date, we charge a $350/day service fee; in cases of less than 30 days notice, we cannot refund the balance unless we are able to rebook the date(s).
Restaurant recommendations and reservation service is available only to Custom Tours in Tuscany clients. One-time-only service fee of $50. Itinerary Planning is provided only for clients booking tours. A minimum fee of $695 will be charged for this service, all of which is fully applicable to the final prepayment for tours.
Hotel Recommendations/Reservations Fee: For clients booking a tour: $50 for all reservations, and $50 additional fee for changes. For clients not booking a tour the fee is $100 for reservations and $100 for changes.
Travel Insurance: We strongly urge our clients to purchase travel insurance to cover all prepaid fees as well as to protect themselves from medical emergency expenses. This is available through your travel agency, or through Travelex Insurance. See our Traveler Resources page for more information.
